That's much better than the kid I saw in the sub trying to get her dog to pull her on her roller blades... with just a collar on... stupid kid didn't even have a harness on the poor thing.
And some dogs would take to that in a flash. Some.
I have a 10 pound chihuahua that I have threatened to put a little cart behind. That dog can dig in his heels and PULL when he wants to. Somehow I think the cart would disinclinate the pull urge... what do you think?
