Ace, the Kitty! we transported this evening for
driveforlife has been delivered to the next leg on his journey, and we're home. Actually got an e-mail before we got home that the adopter has picked him up and is on her way to take him to his new home. We got started about half an hour late due to the previous two legs being delayed by construction on I-70 in Ohio and eastern Indiana, but Toni made up about ten minutes getting to Remington. We forgot to bring along the digital camera to take any pictures of Ace, but he's a beautiful white and black ragdoll. He meowed a bit when we first picked him up, but napped in his carrier during most of the hour-and-a-half drive, only waking up to meow some more when we started slowing down to hand him off.
Going to bed very soon.

Date: 2005-08-12 04:48 pm (UTC)I never knew what a ragdoll was until I saw one for sale for $1700 in a department store in Japan. That one was only a kitten, so I don't know quite how an adult cat would look, but she was STUNNINGLY ADORABLE.
