I like the plan set forth for publishing (EDIT: Although, if, as indicated, stuff in the north at the Wall with Jon isn't going to be in this volume, should the title be something else?).

Anyway, thanks for spreading the word! :) I had just about decided that his case of writer's block was lethal & that we were never going to hear from hiim again. And almost anything is better than that.
(Please God that Martin is not going down the Jordan path...)
