soaring_phoenix reminded me during the show last night, when this number started, that I should add it:
9. Mr. Cellophane - Chicago the Musical
I'm surprised I'd forgotten that one, given how applicable it is. I don't take it 100% in the negative sense the character of Amos intends in the musical, though. In fact, for every time I've complained about being invisible, I've probably had two instances where it's been an advantage. It seems to have a proximity effect, too. If you want to get through a crowd that might contain people you don't want to notice you, stick with me. :-)
