Chicago, one of my all-time favorite cities for photographing architecture, now has this in its new Millennium Park.

Cutting edge architecture. Looks like he took that seriously.

Trivia: My sister 'Rizbecki' is an admin. assistant for Gehry's partner, James Glymph.

I already wasn't a Frank Gehry fan, and this does nothing to change my opinion. Ew.

It's Chicago. It's all about trying the new & different, architecturally speaking, isn't it?

I'll give you that, but I've always appreciated how even new and different stuff there still fits in odd ways, like the State building and the Picasso. This just doesn't look, to me, like it belongs in Chicago. It will be interesting to see in person.
