Trying find a diet soft drink that meets these requirements: no aspartame (NutraSweet^TM), with caffeine.

Tab, even if I could find it, is out, because I don't want saccharine either. Looked at Diet Rite cola, but it isn't caffeinated. I'm not completely off caffeine yet.

Trader Joes - have you got one yet? They carry Hansens... not sure if their cola has caffiene, I would assume it does...

Yeah, we've had TJ's for a while. Someone else gave me a link to Hansen's, but I'll have to look on a can - no ingredients list on their web site.

Not really concerned about the MS thing, but knowing it's been a big headache/migraine trigger for Toni, I'm at least casually looking for something else. I want to get off caffeine eventually too, at least more than I am, but that's got to be more gradual. :-)

I'm kind of glad I never developed a taste for or dependency on coffee. I used to have a bottle of Diet Coke in the mid-morning or have a deprivation headache. I've tapered off to about 1/2 a bottle now.

Costco's Simply Soda was recently reformulated with Splenda.

Clarification: I'm talking about their diet cola.

I was just about ready to go off diet cola when they reformulated it. The splenda version doesn't do the nasty things to me that the aspertame version did.

Diet RC Cola has caffeine and uses Splenda. If you can find Diet Rite, Diet RC shouldn't be too difficult. I can even spot it here in CA, and I know it has more of a presence back east than out here.

You could cold-brew coffee and keep it in the fridge, then sweeten and dilute to taste.
