Now, if someone could tell me what the Japanese or Hawaiian (I presume the language used is one or the other, anyway) translates to in English, I'd be most appreciative. If you can't read it here or on the original comic, this is what I think it says:

Ka mate! Ka mate! Ka ora! Ka ora! Tenei te tangata puhuruhuru nana i tiki mai whakawhiti te ra! A hupane kaupane a hupane, kaupane whiti te ra! Hi!
