FAQ Meme, Part 2
May. 21st, 2004 01:12 pmI got four questions in response to this poll the other day. Here they are:
- How you got to be so cute and sweet and loveable?
I still have a hard time accepting that I can be or am that way, so I really have no idea. :-)
- How much would we have to pay you to get you to wear a fat chartreuse tie with purple polkadots?
Probably not very much. I might need help tying the tie, though, I wear them so infrequently.
- Why photography? What are your favorite fun things?
Two questions in one, eh? To answer the first one, I think my interest in photography has evolved from my enjoyment of visual beauty. I like to see pretty things and wondrous things, and looking back at photographs I have taken is very evocative for me. I discovered I had an interest and at least a small aptitude in visual arts in my mid-20s, and things have just gone from there. When I found myself looking at the wrong end of a layoff last year, I decided that enough of my skills were at a professional level and I wanted a challenge to develop further.
My favourite fun things? Riding my bicycle, hiking in national parks and other beautiful remote areas, taking photographs, watching movies, playing games, travelling to see friends. Hmmm, I could go on...
- Kid, have you ever been arrested?
Nope. Never.
