quasigeostrophy | Good Contra Dance Tonight

Finally went back to the local Indy Tuesday night contra dance tonight, after not having been since I can't remember (at least last summer or fall sometime). I want to go back more regularly, especially after getting as tired and sore as I did at the English Country Dance weekend last weekend. The caller and band tonight were great - I had a lot of fun and never made any major mistakes. I even threw in some flourishes (extra turns, twirls, etc. when there is time during various moves). I left a little after the break, though - I want to work my way back into it. Saw N and J, a couple of good friends of mine, who go regularly, gently giving me shit for not having been in so long. Several other folks I know from the local dance group were also glad to see me again.

Going to unwind and then going to bed soon... :-)
