Finnegans Wake
You are most similar to James Joyce's Finnegans
Wake
. You are complex, well read, and
fascinating. I love you. I love you more
every time I see you. You are the ultimate
person.

To which work of fiction on my shelf are you most similar?

Avoiding the answers that crudely pointed to Finnegans Wake and The Crying of Lot 49, I wound up with Infinite Jest, by David Fester Wallace, which I am not.

That can't be true, since I like you and I rather dislike Joyce. ;)

*squee!* ;-)

I'm really only familiar with Joyce through Kate Bush lyrics, at least The Sensual World's verses from Ulysses. I don't mind that context, at least, but I've never had much desire to read anything else by him.

(Ha! You're having way too much fun with the icons, aren't you?)

Normally saying that I like somebody more than I like reading Joyce isn't necessarily a particularly high compliment, but in this case I meant it in the best possible sense. ;)

What was your first clue? ;-)

Well, yeah, I should have thought of that... *snicker*

I love Ulysses, but I've never had the time or energy for Finnegans Wake. We need life extension.
