NSF is how grad students are able to be grad students and make wonderful strides in science.
NOAA! Lets face it ... if we really want a scientific study on global warming that is where that money needed to go. OH! and lets not forget that the satellite that makes predictions for hurricanes (or helps feed into the model) could go down any day now!
