I'm not 20 anymore, but I had a good time last night, dammit! After last Tuesday night's contra dance, I decided why come home and toss and turn for two hours trying to get to sleep, so after the dance last night I went out to a nearby tavern last night with some friends from the dance. We ended up closing the place, mainly because the service was awful. The good side of that was that I ended up getting out of there without having to pay, due to a proven fact that I am often invisible in public places - the waitress went all around my giving out checks and never asked me to pay for my one lemonade. Ended up getting home much later than last week, but got to sleep much quicker, even though it ended up only being 4 1/2 hours worth by the time the alarm sounded this morning.

computerchix stayed home again last night - came down with a cold or something and she's trying to knock it out before she heads to San Diego on Friday. I hope she has a great time. "Hi" to the folks I won't see there :-)

Here I sit at my desk trying to concentrate and get things done before I leave town until Monday night. Heading to Denver to meet an old friend, and we're going to Moab to do some Mountain Biking. Gotta pack tonight, if I can stay awake...
