computerchix about five years ago. What a blast! I was messing up, but I surprised myself how much I remembered after getting into it again. The band, Merriweather, was awesome - some great bodhran, fiddle, tin whistle, flute, and hammer dulcimer. The caller was okay. A friend that was there said they have much better callers on occasion. Did three contras, sat out for the square (needed a breather), two more contras, and had to head home as the band closed the evening with two waltzes (I was exhausted and didn't want to step on any toes). I was so tired I couldn't get to sleep last night. I'm asking myself why it has taken five years for me to get back there. Going to get computerchix and hopefully some of my coworkers to go next week.
