If I have too many dates in one evening, I always seem to regret it the next day.

How's that for needing context? ;-)

With caffeine, the headache seems to be subsiding, anyway, but that's what I get for having too much of something that has a higher glycemic index than glucose.

ION, we have no new Harry Potter here yet. We ordered it late with free shipping and it only just shipped yesterday. Not like I'll be getting around to reading it very soon. I've already seen the big spoiler, and I'm not too uptight about them in general. Toni just headed into work to perform a restore for the next few hours. It's a good thing I thought to check the front porch - UPS didn't even ring the doorbell when dropping off the tapes she needed. I'll probably take lunch to her in a while. Until then, I'm going to vegetate I think. It's raining on and off quite heavily here and yet still feels rather muggy.

One advantage to living reasonably close (in USPS terms, anyway) to an Amazon distribution center, I guess.

Toni and I ordered the latest Harry Potter book fairly late (around the end of last week, I think). We selected free shipping, and so figured we would definitely not get it today. Yesterday, Toni got the notice that it had been shipped.

Guess what showed up in the mail today. :-)

I think I'm going to let her read it first, since she's faster and I'm going to be in Chicago from Monday evening through Wednesday anyway.
