Mar. 13th, 2004 12:20 pm- Does it mean I'm weird that, working on a tutorial in Adobe After Effects (using the book, Creating Motion Graphics with After Effects, Volume 1: The Essentials by Trish & Chris Meyer, which happens to be one of the best software tutorial publications I've ever encountered), and seeing the file spaceman.tif in the project, that I keep reading its name as Spaceman Spiff? Or does it just mean I've read too much Calvin and Hobbes over the years (is too much even possible?)?
- Was Alfred Hitchcock's 1963 film, The Birds, prophetic? Yesterday and today, when leaving the house on various errands, I've counted at least a dozen robins in the front yard. We normally have robins here in central Indiana, but I don't think I've ever seen more than two or three together, particularly around our house. The other odd thing is that it's actually been rather cold the last couple of days.
